Everybody needs a little push, and everybody needs to hear encouragement. A great workout program is useless if you aren't consistent and dedicated. That's where the ShapeXpress Personal Fitness Instructors are invaluable. Our Fitness instructors will workout with you, making sure you have the proper form on the circuit equipment so your time on the circuit is effective. They can custom tailor an exercise routine to address any physical limitations you may have, or to target specific "problem areas." Our Fitness Instructors are knowledgeable about health and nutrition as well, and can recommend diet and supplement choices that are effective.
